Alexis found yoga during a time in life when nothing felt right. It was the through practice of asana, the postures, that she first noticed a shift in her being. Alexis went from feeling disconnected from her own body to feeling alive again.
Little by little she started to incorporate more yogic practices into her daily life. Alexis soon came to realize that it is the lifestyle of a yogi that will transform one from just getting by day to day to fully living life – present and content. This is what she seeks to convey to her students.
Her classes are the perfect blend of playful yet challenging asana, lots of inspiration for the spirit, quiet meditative periods and a strong focus on breath.
